Refund Policy

1. Digital Service and No Returns

Xedo provides digital virtual-number services for receiving SMS verification messages. These services do not have a physical return, return-shipment, or exchange process.

2. Final Rental Charges

Rental sessions are final and are not eligible for reversal once the digital service has been provided. This includes:

  • Rental sessions where at least one SMS message was successfully received
  • Completed activations or completed number sessions
  • Cases where a third-party platform rejects, delays, or changes its verification process after SMS delivery

3. Internal Balance Credits

We provide automatic balance protection for eligible rental sessions:

  • If you cancel a rental session before any SMS is received, the charged amount will be credited back to your internal Xedo balance.
  • If a rental expires without receiving an SMS, the charged amount will be credited back to your internal Xedo balance.
  • Internal balance credits are service credits for future use on Xedo. They are not cash refunds and are not returned to the original payment method.

4. Crypto Payments

Payments are processed in cryptocurrency. Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design, we do not refund crypto payments to the original wallet, exchange account, or payment method. Network fees and exchange-rate differences are your responsibility.

5. Failed Payments

If a cryptocurrency payment was sent but not credited to your account, contact support within 48 hours and include:

  • Transaction hash (TxID)
  • Amount sent
  • Date and time of the transaction

We will investigate and credit your account when the payment is confirmed on-chain and attributable to Xedo.

6. Account Deletion

To request account deletion, contact [email protected] or [email protected]. Any remaining internal balance may be permanently lost when deletion is completed.

7. Support Cases

Contact support if a technical error prevented an eligible automatic balance credit, you were charged incorrectly due to a system malfunction, or a confirmed payment was not credited. Include your username, rental ID, or transaction details.

8. Chargebacks

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Fraudulent payment disputes or abuse of the credit process may result in permanent account suspension.
