1. Data We Collect

Account information: username, password hash, account security and recovery settings, and profile preferences. Email is not required for a standard Xedo account.
Transaction data: cryptocurrency wallet addresses, payment amounts, and transaction hashes.
Usage and security data: login timestamps, account lifecycle timestamps, browser-session identifiers, and request timestamps used for access control and abuse prevention.
Service usage: rented numbers, rental status, and SMS data associated with rental orders.

To provide and operate the Service
To process payments and maintain transaction history
To secure accounts and detect or prevent fraud and abuse
To provide service-related support and notices

3. SMS Content

SMS verification data may be stored as part of rental records so we can deliver the Service, show status and history, and resolve disputes or support requests. We do not guarantee immediate deletion when a rental expires.

4. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain security, keep accounting records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Xedo accounts are not automatically deleted for inactivity. To request account deletion, contact support. Some transaction, security, or compliance records may need to be retained after an account-deletion request where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential authentication cookies, including signaldesk_session and xedo_browser_session, to keep users signed in, limit abusive login or registration attempts, and protect account access. We also use functional browser storage for interface preferences and short-lived client-side workflow state.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, export, or delete personal data. To exercise a privacy right, contact [email protected] or [email protected]. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to your account.

7. Cryptocurrency and Identity

Xedo does not require KYC identity verification for standard use. Cryptocurrency payments do not by themselves provide Xedo with a verified legal identity, although blockchain transactions and related technical records are not necessarily anonymous.
